Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All Alverda products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and use no animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulations are dermatologically tested and free from unnecessary additives. We offer a dedicated range for sensitive and reactive skin — The Calming Botanical Barrier Ritual.

What active ingredients do you use?

We use clinically proven actives including Vitamin C, Kojic Acid, Bakuchiol (a natural retinol alternative), Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Peptides, and Collagen-boosting complexes.

Can I use multiple serums at the same time?

Yes, but we recommend layering from lightest to heaviest texture. Start with water-based serums, then oils and creams. Avoid combining strong actives like Vitamin C and Kojic Acid in the same routine step.

How long does delivery take?

Swedish orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders may take 5–14 business days depending on the destination.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
